The Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences congratulated on Nurse Day and the birthday of Hazrat Zainab (peace be upon her), introducing nurses as compassionate pioneers in serving the health of the community.
According to a reporter from the university's news website, in Dr. Seyyed Ali Hosseini's message on the occasion of Hazrat Zainab's (peace be upon her) birthday and Nurse Day, it is stated:
Nurse Day and the birthday of Hazrat Zainab (peace be upon her) is an opportunity to appreciate the selflessness and dedication of hardworking, devoted, and sacrificial nurses who serve in the most difficult conditions. Hazrat Zainab (peace be upon her), with her bravery, not only left a lasting model of empathy and service to people in social and cultural arenas but also in the care of patients and victims during the tragedy of Karbala. I congratulate this grand day to dear nurses who are at the forefront of patient care and commend their tireless efforts.
The nursing profession, as one of the main pillars of the country's health system, plays a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals and providing specialized care for patients. Nurses are compassionate pioneers in serving the health of the community. Accordingly, I thank all nurses, especially those working at the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, who step forward with commitment and motivation to serve the community. We hope that with the high determination of all members of this institution, we can take effective steps in enhancing social health and empowering those in need.
The irreplaceable role of nurses in providing healthcare, improving the quality of life for patients, and assisting in the rehabilitation process is undeniable, and I hope that dear nurses will serve in this valuable path with a greater spirit of cooperation and empathy.
