The first disaster nursing workshop was held by the Research Center in Emergency and Disaster Health to provide a professional team. This 3 day workshop focused on nursing training and tried to adapt their attitude, knowledge and skills to playing acceptable role in disasters. Professor Hamidreza Khankeh, who managed the first workshop, and his scientific committee are going to plan continues courses by this subject within long period of time.
